SimpleFit partners with Stripe Inc. for secure payment processing.
Using the SimpleFit dashboard, you can issue invoices for payment to your client. Your client will receive the request for payment notice in their SimpleFit client app and by email.
Clients can submit payment through the SimpleFit client app, which is then processed by Stripe and deposited to your bank account.*
To enable client invoicing you first need to connect your SimpleFit account to Stripe. Using the drop down menu at the upper left, go to your Settings.
In the Account Info category is the section 'Client Payments'. Click 'Connect to Stripe' to begin connecting your SimpleFit account to Stripe.
You will be taken to Stripe.com to enter the information Stripe needs to process your client payments and deposit them to a bank account you specify.*
Stripe will return you to SimpleFit after you have completed the connection. If Stripe is pending while verifying some of your details your SimpleFit account will automatically update after Stripe is done.
If Stripe has completed the connection, your SimpleFit dashboard settings will show that you can now invoice your clients.
To create an invoice for your client, go to the Client Info tab for your client and click on the Payments link.
Click on 'Send (client name) an invoice for payment' button, enter the invoice information and click Send. SimpleFit will invoice the client in their SimpleFit client app and by email. When they have submitted payment through the app it will show in your dashboard as 'paid'.*
*After you successfully connect to Stripe, funds paid by your clients will be automatically transferred from your Stripe account to your bank. This is because of your Stripe account 'funds transfer' setting that is initially set to 'automatic'.
If funds do not automatically transfer, log into your Stripe account and verify your funds transfer setting is set to 'automatic'.

In most cases, Stripe may take 7 days or more to process your first client payment. Afterwards, payments will be typically processed and transferred to your bank account in 3 days or less.
