Your trainer library contains items such as saved meal plans or workout programs.
For example, you may have created a custom workout movement while building a program for a client. The workout-building tools includes an option to save that custom movement to your library where it can be reused in programs for other clients.
More information on building a workout can be found here.
You can also build new items from scratch in the library. For example, in the Custom Movements page clicking on Add movement will let you build a custom movement (without having to create and save it from a client's workout routine).
