The trainer dashboard is where you can view all of your active and archived clients.

Your active clients are clients you are currently working for, creating programs for and communicating with. As soon as you accept a client they are automatically set as active.

You can archive clients you are not currently working with. This does not limit what you can do; you may still build their programs and publish when complete. The only difference is that archived clients take up less space in the main dashboard page. The main space is reserved for your active clients.
